No. To ensure compliance with storing of financial information, your payment details are not retained on our systems, we process card payments securely through Stripe. Our memberships are debited monthly via Stripe payments platform. We accept payments in AUD via credit card and direct bank transfer. Choose the method that suits you best!
Costs vary depending on the level of support you need. Many services offer rates between $70 - $150 per hour or discounted pay in advance monthly packages.
Owncierge has an industry first subscription model with most requests covered under your membership. Larger requests (that take > 1 hr of work time, like planning renovations) are quoted at $35/hr plus any incidental costs for your acceptance ahead of the work being complete so you have no hidden costs.
